Top 10 Anime you should watch this coming Fall Season 2023

10. Our Dating Story

Our Dating Story is a romantic comedy anime. The cliche extroverted girlfriend and introverted boyfriend will return with the anime. What makes Our Dating Story worth a watch is that the MC takes initiative and isn’t spineless as the trend suggests in the genre.

The development between the characters is both sweet and leads to the best fluff moments. The anime holds the potential to be fun to watch unless Studio Engi decides to butcher it like some previous anime they’ve taken on.

9. Paradox Live The Animation

Paradox Live anime is a part of the Paradox Live multimedia project. The anime is based in the future where rappers compete in groups. They can bring out their emotions through their art form using special devices called the Phantomental. But these emotions are not always pleasant and easy to deal with.

The promotional video and visuals feature stylistic animation. Paradox Live will have a lot of things to offer to Hip-Hop enthusiasts. The anime will come out in October 2023.

8. Yuzuki San chi no Yonkyoudai

The Yuzuki brothers have lost their parents and now they only have each other left. They depend on each other and support one another. The oldest son Hayato, the twins Minato and Mikoto, and the youngest Gakuto, will remind you of the cuties from Gakuen Babysitters.

Yuzuki Household is as wholesome as it gets with some poignant moments here and there. The anime can be a very strong contender to be your comfort anime. The anime is coming out on October 5th

7. Tokyo Revengers Season 3

To fans’ surprise, season 3 won’t follow the delayed schedule like season 2. Tokyo Revengers season 3 will come out in October 2023. So far the anime has adapted Toman arc, Moebius arc, Valhalla arc, and the Black Dragon arc. We’ll move into the Tenjiku arc in the upcoming season. There’s no official release date as of yet but we’ll keep you updated when they are here!

6. Dr. Stone Season 3 Part 2

Dr. Stone Season 3 aired earlier this year in spring. The second cour will come out in the Fall season of 2023. This season is tackling some of the main plotlines of Dr. Stone. It feels like season 3 is all about important developments. If you want to watch Dr. Stone, it’s the perfect time to pick it up. As the second cour of season 3 is scheduled to come out in the Fall of 2023; you’ll catch up just in time to join the watch party.

5. The Apothecary Diaries

Also known as Kusuriya no Hitorigoto is an anime to look out for this fall. Maomao is a witty young girl who gets sold to the Imperial Palace as a servant. She refrains from standing out while improving her skills as a pharmacist. Until one day she ends up solving the mystery of the King’s ill children.

From there, she finds herself solving mysteries of the imperial court. Judging The Apothecary Diaries from a synopsis is somewhat of an injustice. A better option is checking the anime out in October 2023. The promotional videos and visuals have exceeded the expectations of the manga fans.

4. Sousou no Frieren

Sousou no Frieren is a slice of life in a fantasy setting. The story is explored from the perspective of an elf who observes and grows to understand human relationships around her. This anime is worth a try as it holds the potential to stir up some emotions in you. Another reason to watch the anime is Studio Madhouse. The anime will be released on September 29, 2023

3. Undead Unluck

Undead Unluck is the story of Fuuko Izumo with the Unluck ability. Anyone who comes in physical contact with her gets cast with misfortune. This has led to years of seclusion making her think of death. When she meets an Undead man, whose regenerative abilities make his dream to die the best death seem far-fetched. The two of them start working together.

The story is interesting with enjoyable character dynamics. Undead Unluck manga starts rough but gets substantially good later on. The anime will come out in October.

2. Pluto

Naoki Urasawa is the man behind Monster and Pluto. While Monster remains one of the most celebrated anime of all time, Pluto is finally here after years of waiting. The anime has been 6 years in production and we’ll most likely see the results when it comes out.

Pluto will retell ‘The Greatest Robot on Earth’ arc from Osamu Tezuka’s Astroboy. At the same time, it goes way beyond just retelling the story. The manga is complex and features some hard-hitting messages. The animation looks stunning as well. Pluto Anime will come out on Netflix on October 26, 2023.

1. Spy x Family Season 2

Spy x Family quickly rose to popularity when it came out in 2022. The second season and a movie will come out later this year. The movie will be an anime original whereas season 2 will follow the manga. The anime has covered up to the Imperial Scholars Mixer arc in the manga. The upcoming season will cover some of the best parts of the manga.

We only want happy WakuWaku noises from here on out.

Conclusion

Attack on Titan final season

Besides all these titles, we’ll have Jujutsu Kaisen for the rest of the year and One Piece as usual. In the absence of a confirmed release schedule from the creators, Attack on Titan didn’t make it to this list. But the final part is for sure something to look forward to if it makes way for fans in the Fall this year. With that Fall season, 2023 looks like a good mix of some action-packed titles and a bit of wholesome.
