5. Soap
In order to survive in the world after the fall of civilization, Senku realizes pretty earlier on what his core priority should be. Even though it was possible to secure food, shelter, clothing, and water which are usually considered as the basic necessities for survival, Senku’s goal was much grander than survival.
In order to uncover the mystery behind human petrification, it was essential for him to live a long and healthy life in a world without any medical technology. To this extent, Senku extracts calcium carbonate from broken seashells and uses it to create soap, dubbing it ‘Dr. Stone’, to battle against diseases and infections.
4. Dual Hand-cranked Dynamo
Even though Senku created several amazing inventions between the soap and this one, the Dual Hand-cranked dynamo takes the fourth spot in this list due to it being a major turning point in the development of technology in the stone world.

Once Senku starts expanding beyond the boundaries of The Kingdom Science and Ishigami Village, communication becomes a huge issue. In this world, they had no access to perfectly paved roads or maps yet, but sitting around in one place was no option either.

Senku realized that they could not win against Tsukasa using might, and hence chose to turn it into a battle of wits and information, which was entirely shouldered by the Cell Phone.
2. Agriculture
Once Senku decided to set out to sea in search of clues to solve the petrification, one pressing issue was left unsolved. The population of the Stone World had increased quite a bit, and securing food was now becoming an issue. Apart from that, Senku had to find a source of food for his journey across the world that wouldn’t spoil easily.
This led to the creation of agriculture, more specifically, wheat. Senku uses a clearing to establish a wheat farm and its produce was later used by Francois to create the perfect food source for the journey across the world.
1. Perseus
The Grandest of all creations made by Senku so far, the Persues is a sea-faring vessel designed to travel across the world. This was the key player in the plan to solve the mystery behind human petrification, serving as the primary means of sea transport for the Kingdom of Science.
To build Persues, a 1:84 ratio model ship was created to be used as a referential template. Out of all of Senku’s inventions in the anime, Perseus took the longest amount of time, manpower, and resources to create, due to its majestic size and significance to their mission.
